Paperwork sent back via Fedex

I had a fedex chappy pick up my paperwork today in the prepaid envelope, now the envelope had a 5.00 customs amount on it. the fedex guy wouldn't accept it as it made it a commercial package and he said he would need 5 copies of a commercial invoice and they would need to come from DVC in the US. He told me to score it through and put NCV instead, he said it wouldn't make any difference but im really worried that it wont get there now.

We did that with ours and everything was fine - I don't think there is need to be concerned

Everything got there fine, we had our confirmation letter and we are now proud owners of DVC, our first trip will be from 9 - 20 Jan, can't wait.
