My social security card is MIA - I can go get a replacement, but since I'm getting married next May I'd prefer not to have to deal with the SS office twice. Am I right in reading that I'm A-OK with just my passport?

Yes, as long as it's valid.

In accordance with United States Immigration Law, all hired applicants for employment must present one document from List "A" of the I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification Form, or one document List "B" with one document from List "C".

The one exception to this rule that is likely to affect incoming Fall Disney Parks and Resorts Internships and Programs Participants:

Persons who hold Birth Certificates issued by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, a self-governing territory of the United States, issued before July 1, 2010, will have their Birth Certificates voided as of that date.

As such, they may not present their Birth Certificates as proof of employment eligibility after that date. They would need to petition the Commonwealth Government for a replacement Certificate. This is in accordance with an act of the Legislative Assembly of Puerto Rico passed in 2009.

Thanks, it's valid, I got it to cruise 18 months ago, so I have a good long time before it expires
