Ok -- I am ready to take the plunge as an exchange organizer!

Pass on a book you have already read and receive something new to read.

PM your name, user name, address, email address, and your preferred reading genre to me by April 30th.

Names will be sent out by May 3.

Mail by May 10. (It shouldn't take long to mail since we won't have to shop!)

I am very excited about doing my first exchange!

Is it just one book per exchange? If we wanted to "trade" more than one book, would we do multiple sign ups or what? Since we are already paying for shipping wouldn't it make sense to do more than one book?

Last time we did this Rajah went to a lot of trouble and matched people to books they were interested in. I take it this time it is just take whatever you are sent?
So we could get something we already have or have already read or that we aren't interested in?

I was asking for genre, so I can try to match people to the style they prefer. If you have additional suggestions for matching people/books, I would love to hear them!

Please PM more information if possible.

Did you send a PM to Rajah?
She had a list of all books and had people list their 1, 2, 3....etc. choices.
And they could receive as many as they sent....but not all got sent, because some books, no one was interested in.
It was quite complicated and Rajah is the one to talk to if you want to go more in detail like that.....otherwise, anyway you are planning is fine

Personally, I am willing to take the risk. I have so many paperbacks that I have enjoyed, that I can only hope that a few of mine bring enjoyment to others. But, of course, I am one with eclectic tastes. The story has to grab me, regardless of genre!
