Paper Posies????

Ok does anyone know how to make these I saw them on Etsy and I can sort of fiqure it out but I was wanting to know if someone out there actually has instructions.

I don't have instructions but looking at the edges they either used a distresser and then ink on the edges of each circle or they used the tearing technique used for tear bears. For tearing you would use a guide to put a circle of water where you wanted to tear it, then you hold it down and tear in the circle. I have read instructions but not actually tried it. If they did it the second wway it was inked once the water dried.

They are also crumbled after they are cut/torn and possibly dampened before crumpling.
