I've had brunch on Dream twice (and dinner once).
We're vegetarian so many of the dishes aren't something I'm going to have.
IMO the only thing that's vaguely worth it is the almond croissant.
The small desserts are terrible IMO.
The entree dish I get, the pesto pasta, was good the first time I had it but very boring the second time. And now that I might have developed an allergy to zucchini (still gotta get that test done) that pasta is out, because they have teensy tiny diced up zucchini in it, and that added something nice to the dish.
The muesli is the exact same as what you can get at Windjammer. The fruit you can get at Windjammer.
Seriously, if I could figure out a way to eat $30 worth of that croissant I'd do it, but that might not feel good later on.
