Panic Mode!!!! Need Help!!!

So my family is planning our very first trip to WDW and we are soooo excited. We are intending to tell the kids about the big trip on Christmas night. Our intended plan was to show them the free planning video and at the end tell them about the vacation, however, after watching the afore mentioned dvd I no longer think this is a good idea. The kiddos are 4, 5, and 8. The dvd is not right for the surprise we had in mind (dispite the numerous people/places telling you it is!) Having just gotten the planning dvd in yesterday I am now in PANIC MODE! Is there anyone out there who makes Personalized surprise clips? We are going in October/November 2015. Please help!!!!!

Never seen anything like that on this forum. We do graphics like for T shirt transfers, welcome letters, autograph books, pressed penny wrappers etc.

When the panic period has passed you should look in the Meet the DISigners sticky near the top of the forum to see what some of our active DISigners specialize in!

I looked in the Meet the Disigners thread and was very impressed! I was hoping for a miracle lol! I have been looking at the wonderful invites that are being done and am thinking that would work well also! Is that something I might be able to find in my limited time frame?

Most DISigners are busy getting ready for Christmas However maybe you could post a bit more info to help them out if they can find some spare time.

1.Family Name:
OR
Individual letters
2. First names of Children
3. Which Location,Disney world? Disneyland? Disneyland Paris?
4. Favorite characters
5. Date of arrival

What you want the letter to say

Example
Look Who's Going to ----------?
Surprise!Guess Who's Going To -------?

The trip is for October 30 2015. We are planning to do the not-so-scary halloween party at Disney World. I am partial to the original characters ( i.e. micky, minnie, etc) The kiddos are Kenzie, Gabe, and Ethan. I have left a request with Hollywood Glitter to see if they can do them in time. If someone else can I will be glad to let them know. The letter/invite itself should be simply worded (kids are 4-8) as I would love to letthem read it themselves, so a simple 1 or 2 sentences would be great. Any info is greatly appreciated. And please forgive me for going a little against the grain, I am new to disboards and am just finding my way.
