How would you describe them and were they any good? I have had a pecan pie before and I enjoyed that would you say it's the same? Do they serve it with a sauce?
I've had these a couple of times and never thought they were anything to write home about. They are supposed to be like mini pecan pies, but they are so small that all you get are a couple of nut bits in some super-sticky caramel (like "watch-yer-dental-work" sticky) on a bland crust. They just taste like nuts and crust - no trace of that wonderful filling that's in pecan pie.
