(Forgive me if this question has been asked a billion times already, I'm still learning how to navigate this site. Feel free to link me to any similar threads. Thanks!)
My 60 days out is coming up soon. We are only in WDW for four days and I want to see both of the new rides, but I really, really don't want to book two days of fastpasses at Animal Kingdom in order to guarantee that I do so. I know if I did I can just cancel and make more for a different park later, but I know time slots that I would want for other stuff would probably be taken by then.
My questions are... has anyone had success getting onto one ride or the other first thing in the morning? I plan on fastpassing one, probably Flights of Passage. Also, would it be better to try and do this early at AK on a day with early magic hours or would it just be super crowded either way and not matter??
I just wonder what people's experiences have been so far. If they were able to get on first thing, what ride they would recommend fastpassing, and whether extra magic hours really make a substantial difference when trying to get onto high demand rides. I know it's Disney, and Disney means lines, and I really don't mind waiting in them. I just don't want to be in a 120+ minute line, if I can at all avoid it.
Thanks everyone, I appreciate your help a whole lot!
