Pandora Disney Charms

Sales clerk on the Dream told me that once the Chamilia charms are sold, they will no longer sell their items. Seemed odd as there were a few new charms in the Disney cruise line of Chamilia that they had just added recently.

Anyone know if the Pandora charms fit on a Chamilia bracelet? I'd hate to have to buy a whole new bracelet when I'm half way done with my current Chamilia!
