Thanks Jen! I'm really getting excited for Feb! AND FYI...Allison doesn't compete til 4pm on Friday! We are gonna have a nice lunch at OKW and just hangout at the resort that morning. I figure that unless someone stops by with wheels ...we'll catch a cab to the Orange Co Convention Center around 2:15..cause she needs to get registered first and warmup is at 3:30

Thanks MEK! I took it fromthe train, after the Frontierland Station. I was happy that it wasn't fuzzy, since the train was moving!

This is my 3rd trip in Feb...I need something to look forward to in order to survive January!!

We waited about 45 minutes for our Meet and Greet. Itseems long, but since there were 3 of them...it was sorta like waiting 15min for each

After Our spin on the Indy Cars...we headed toward Fantasyland,where we saw our next set of Characters! Alice and the White Rabbit were out next to the TeaCups! Ellieand Allison were really excited,since the White Rabbit was a character they were missing from their collection. The duo must have just come out...cause there was only 1 family in line, sowe queued up as well. Wyatt had had enough of characters already with the Fairies...and didn't want to be bothered to meet these ones at all

After our little moment in Wonderland......
We were on our way to Pinnochio's Village Haus for lunch (I had heard good things....but had never eaten there) by way of Peter Pan to get fast passes, when Wyatt SAW THEM!

POOH AND TIGGER!

I didn't have any idea that he was into these characters (if I had, I wouldn't have cancelled CP breakfast for this morning!)

The line was long....and in the sun.... the CM said it would be about 30-35minutes wait. I really didn't want to since it was already 12:30 and we had dinner ADRs at 5:30.. I was hoping to eat sooner, rather than later. But, Wyatt and Allison and Ellie all pretty much insisted we get in line. So, in the interest of time, Jen waited with the kids....and I went and got Peter Pan fast passes. I snapped a couple random Fantasyland pics, used the little princess' room...and still made it back in plenty of time for our meet and greet. I waited at the exit of the meet and greet line... and just hopped in to take pics when it was their turn. Someof the photopass pics here were the best we got the whole trip!

After a very sweet meetand greet.... we were FINALLY off to lunch!

It was PACKED!! We did manage to find a table inside to eat our (suprise suprise) Chicken nuggets and Jen and I both got Mediterranian Salads, which were VERY good!

When lunch was finished...it wasn't quite time for out PP fast passes, so we decided to continue our character safari...and search out Princess Tiana!

Princess Tiana and Prince Naveen were meeting guests in a lovely new gazebo, in the former smoking area behind the Christmas Shoppe in Liberty Square. I had noticed them working back there in Sept, but didn't realize this was why.

The wait was only maybe 10 minutes...and they were both so sweet and wonderful!! (on a side note...I think its crazy that the Chipmunks movie did better than P&tF.... but P&tF will certainally become a classic.... the Chipmunks... not so much. If you haven't seen the film... go! I thought it was on par to the last few princess films... Beauty and the Beast and the Little Mermaid!)

After our visit with Princess Tiana and Prince Naveen...it was about 20min til the Showboat Jubilee. So we wandered down to the riverfront tofind a spot to watch.

Mickey Bars made the time fly by....

Somehow.... some of that Mickey bar must have gotten on my camera lens.... cause all my pics from the jubilee had a big blurry spot in them...til I noticed and got it cleaned up grrrrr!!

The show was such fun...I loved the music!! I have since bought the CD and have really enjoyed listening to it!

After the show...we used out Peter Pan fastpasses. I was pleasantly suprised when Wyatt got off and saidit was the best ride EVER!

OK...

from there we did Mickey's PhilharMagic (again, Wyatt wouldn't wear the glasses). We ended up in the very back...behind some big-headed people. Boooo! I love this attraction... but the seating is not very good..unless you are in the front half of the theatre.... or if its empty.

After MPM... we (well the kids) did the teacups, then we all did the IndyCars again, Buzz, Stitch, and Monster's Inc. We toook a detour to grab FPs for Jungle Cruise for after dinner... then headed out to the Poly!

Dinner was at...

I had never eaten here. All I've ever heard were rave reviews, and Allison heard about the coconut races and games... so she really wanted to try it too.

We waited a few minutes for our table...I love this pic....Allison is being silly... but its a great one of Warren!

We were led to our seats.... right next to the kitchen.....

Jen and the kids did a little limbo and hula dancing... while Warren and I watched (actually..I think Warren just kept eating.... LOL!!)

Jen and the boys LOVED it... Ellie had bread and ice cream.... I thought the bread, salad, turkey, pork,and ice cream were good. All in all... Ellie, Allison, and I decided it was OK, but we weren't in any hurry to go back again.

After Dinner,we took the monorail back to MK and enjoyed the Jungle Cruise and rode BTMRR twice back2back with no wait! We then wandered to the front of the park while Wishes exploded overhead

We made it back to Kidani reasonably early tonite. I enjoyed watching the animals off our balcony. Around 1030,Allison and I walked down to refill our mugs and went outside and sat in the rocking chairs around the firepit. It was soooo relaxing and cozy that night! I met a couple ladies who had comefor dinner at Sanaa...and were so in love with Kidani, they asked me a bunch of questions about DVC...it was a really nice chat! On our way back inside, Allison and I found a Hidden Mickey!

Thanks Brook! I have a 80-210mm zoom, that combined with some post processing cropping.... works wonders! I have my eye on a bigger zoom lens... but my wallet won't let me indulge in it Seriously though...I almost never use my zoom lens except on the Safari and at some of the animal exhibits at AK ....I typically just use my 18-70mm

More great character interactions for your gang! Alice, the White Rabbit, Pooh, Tigger, Princess Tiana! So fun! It's so cute that Wyatt was so excited to see Pooh and Tigger and loved Peter Pan's Flight so much.

Dinner sounds yummy! We have only ever eaten breakfast at Ohana's -- every time I mention eating dinner there, Charles says he doesn't like the atmosphere there. Go figure.

I agree that The Princess and the Frog was a great movie! I can't wait until it is out on DVD, and I can watch it anytime I want!
