Pancakes or waffles at Tusker buffet?

Good Morning to all you knowledgeable Disney fans! I know the Tusker buffet is new, but for anyone who has been there to the breakfast buffet...can you tell me if they have pancakes or waffles there at all? I saw the buffet menu and strangely enough, both of these breakfast 'staples' were missing...I was planning on making an ADR for our upcoming trip but as the mother of 2 little ones who will ONLY eat pancakes or waffles for breakfast, I am a little concerned. Does anybody know? Were they just omitted from the menu because they are a 'given'? Or are they really not available? Thank you so much for any insight!!

Hi there,

I just checked the menu on wdwinfo.com-looks like they have a waffle station. The posted menu was updated in 12/07 so you should be fine.

Breakfast Buffet - Breakfast Selections: Assorted cream cheeses, jams, jellies and fruit chutneys, yogurt station, fresh fruit, milk, waffle station, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, potato wedges, cereal, biscuits & gravy, veggie frittata, Ham & cheese frittata, corned beef hash, cheese blintzes, beef Bobotie quiche, yam casserole, carved rotisserie honey ham, oatmeal, porridge, cinnamon rolls, assorted muffins and breads, turnovers, danish, and croissants. - $18.99 *

I'm so glad you asked this question and so happy to hear the responses! I have a picky DS12 that will mostly stick to things like pancakes and waffles. We are eating there on 1/21.

Thanks for posting the updated menu! I hadn't checked in a while and hadn't seen this.

We had an ADR for breakfast in early December. Be sure to try the Jungle Juice, it's fantastic. And twice while we were eating the kids got to parade around the room with instruments.

yes, we had fun, and I second the jungle juice, my dd5 had 3 glasses!!!
