to keep my mind off the nicotine, i was wondering what you would all being having on your pancakes?
has anyone got a nice low cal (WW) receipe???
have a nice pancake day- mine will be mickey shaped, lol, as they ll only be small, hahah!!!

125 g flour, sifted
1 medium egg(s)
1/2 pint skimmed milk
1 spray low-fat cooking spray


Put the flour into a bowl and break the egg into the centre.


Add the milk gradually beating into a batter.


Pour the batter into a jug.


Heat a non-stick frying pan.


Spray lightly with low-fat cooking spray.


Pour in 3 tbsp batter and quickly swirl the pan to coat the base.


Cook until the batter becomes firm and bubbles appear.


Flip the pancake over.


Serve with fresh lemon, artificial sweetener or sugar (at a Points value of ½ per teaspoon).

I will be making them for everybody else but I was thinking of avoiding them myself, I'll see how good I am during the day

With DD away at Uni and DS not liking desserts, that should mean about 5 pancakes each for me and Tony.

I'll probably have one with chocolate spread and sliced banana, a couple with maple syrup and maybe one or two with sugar and lemon. Or maybe blueberries. Or possibly Ben and Jerry's half-baked ice-cream.

There are no diets in this house on pancake day!
