Well, hopefully it will be ok, I think you should prepare for the worst and know the Pacific can be more active, so have contingency, but know one knows what the sea will be like at that particular time.

Just know its not the Caribbean and glassy like.

Well, I don't want to scare you, but my dad and I did a repositioning cruise on Princess one time from San Francisco to Fort Lauderdale through the Panama Canal. One evening, a good third of the ship did not come to dinner because they were sea sick. The glasses and silverware had a tendency to shift on the tables in the dining room.

Walking down the halls, people were bouncing from one wall to the other like a pin ball machine.

When we went to bed that evening, I tucked my dad in firmly in his bed so that he would not get rolled out of his bed.

The next day, you wouldn't know that the seas were rough at all the day before.

Well when it comes sports on the WB Repo will be durring the NBA playoffs. Also our pastime, baseball, will be going as well.

My husband is hoping that they will be showing the Stanley Cup Hockey playoffs as well...

Wow.. that is horrible to me..this is our second cruise and my fear is sea sickness.. hate throwing up... I sure hope we get better seas than that... what month did you go?

It was in May, I think. It's been so long. But I know that we always did our cruises in the spring and summer, so it was around then.

Firstly on the sea and ocean I like to discribe it as more active, I do not think you will be bouncing around, but you will notice the waves more on the pacific end then the carribean side.

Olympics yes I would love to know what is going on there.

Got to say I havent a clue,, I do not know how much USA follows our football, and if it clashes with some big sport event over there, itsp ossible, I would ask Diversions as you arrive on ship if you can see it.

Does anyone on the August Repo find themselves overly excited that the May Repo is about to start?? I can not wait to hear about their trip. I can not wait for that first trip report. It is really going to help me in this waiting game. I have never been so excited about somebody else's trip before!

Yes, we're very excited to see some Navigators, hear about the Ocean Quest kids club for ages 11-13 and to find out more about the various deck parties, special entertainment & events, shore excursions and meals......and of course, to watch the webcam on May 16th!

I know! It's hard not having the usual amount of info about the cruises. I can't wait to see what the EBers have to say. Plus, I'm excited to have DCL in CA!

At this time in two weeks we should be in the final locks, wow! I haven't been excited, which is odd, but the the last two days I have had the butterflies in my stomach.
