Pampers "Gifts to Grow" rewards

My kids are finally out of diapers so I decided to redeem my Pampers "Gifts to Grow" points for an award. I redeemed my points online for 2 Sesame Place 2-day tickets. That was 2 weeks ago and haven't received the award yet. When I called Customer Service they said to allow 8-10 weeks for delivery. I couldn't believe it! I really planned to make those 2 days at Sesame Place our family vacation for the summer. Now it looks like we might not get them 'til September.
Anyone have any experience with the delivery time on Sesame Place tickets when ordered through "Gifts to Grow".

Thanks for your reply and for giving me a bit of hope. My fingers are crossed that we'll get our rewards within 4 weeks too so that we can use them in August.
