Pampered Chef ....

I have the large pizza stone that I love. I very seldom make pizzas on it but I bake cookies and biscuits and other things. I have to remember to leave the cookies for a bit longer on the stone than when a cookie sheet and also remebmer to put the stone on the bottom rack instead of the top one.
I have the deep dish pie pan that is stone on the bottom and LOVE it. Again, I haven't made a dessert pie in it but I've made chicken pot pie, quiche, baked pastas and I don't know what else.

Don't clean your stones with soap either because they are porous and will soak up the soap.

My mom has several stonewear pieces and loves them. My friend is going to be having a Pampered Chef party soon and that's what is on my list to buy!

That's all I use for baking. Absolutely love them! If your stones get to sticky feeling or you feel that you just have to use something other than hot water to clean them you can make a paste of baking soda and water, rub it on the stoneware in a circular motion then rinse it off with hot water. And remember, the worse they look the better they cook!

I have the pizza stone also and love it. I almost didn't buy it since it is expensive and I have lots of cookie sheets but I use my stone all of the time-for frozen pizza, potatoes, biscuits...

It is well worth it.

Another pizza stone owner and love cooking with it. Also give it a big :thumbsup2

I like mine. I also have few pieces of the stoneware baking dishes that I really like too. I think they are worth the money. Unlike most people though, I do wash mine with soap without any problems. Not being able to put them in the dishwasher is the only downside, but they wash easily.

I have the large and the small pizza stones and we use them for everything - I've had them for probably 10 years. Love them

Jenny:)

The pizza stone is cool, but I have a stone loaf pan and it is junk. I baked a meatloaf in it and it took me FOREVER to clean it. I swore I'd never use it again. Not worth the price. I just use a regular loaf pan now.

I have the pizza stone and the deep dish baker, and I love them. I like the way the food turns out, and I have never had any problem cleaning them.

I also have the pizza stone. I don't cook many pizzas on it, but it makes everything else turn out great. Especially cookies! :thumbsup2

I have the ones that are glazed on the outside and sort of cream colored on inside. Is that the type you have or is it just the plain one? I wonder if the type makes a difference as far as cleaning goes.

I have the large pizza stone, and the baker with the lid. I love all of it, but the lid. I have never used it, but got it because I always wanted it but now it is just taking up space. Mine are unglazed and they are so easy to clean. I never would have believed it until I had them myself. I even cook baked ziti and lasagna in the rectangular baker and it cleans up easily. I use the two pieces all of the time.:thumbsup2

I forgot to mention that I use soap on mine and have never had a problem. I know you are not suppose to, but I would gross me out not to clean it with soap! I just make sure that I rinse them good.

I have quite a few pieces of their stoneware. The bar pan is my absolute favorite! I use it for cookies, brownies, french fries, fish sticks, chicken parm, you name it.

The rectangular baker is my favorite for lasagna and stuffed shells, pierogie casserole.

Deep dish baker I use for au gratin potatoes, desserts, whatever else fits in there. Even small batches of brownies or cakes.

I have a stone from Pampered Chef that I use almost on a daily basis. I use it for anything from frozen pizza to cookies to french fries....rolls....anything....I love my stone!! My stone is actually black now from so much use!!

Love 'em. And I also love the brown plastic scrapper that come with them, & use those all the time. I spray my baking pans, like the loaf pan & 13 x 9. And use soap & really hot water after I use them when coking things like garlic bread. I also use parchment paper when baking lots of cookies just quicker for me.

*Love* them. I have the round pizza (but use for cookies mostly), the 9x13 deep dish, the 9x9 square, the one that is like a jellyroll pan but it's stoneware, the pie plate, the muffin one and the small jellyroll just for heating stuff up. Oh and the bread loaf. I went on a PC kick about 3 years ago and I rarely if ever use my pyrex and old cookies sheets anymore. LOVE PC!

I love my PC stoneware. I have just about every piece there is. Be sure to cook a couple high fat items (pilsbury cresent rolls work great) or use cooking spray the first few times you use a piece. It needs to season before it will work well. I have found the bar pan to be to be my most used peice.

well im glad so many people love them because i was just talked into purchasing the 9x13 bar pan and the loaf and the deep dish round with lid and the fluted one..... i hope i made the right decisions..... and i hope my cooking turns out better.... i am not a very good cook and i burn everything!!! so i guess we will see....... thanks for all the opinions
