A "friend" is having a party and I want to buy something. I don't need any of the stoneware stuff. But what about the gadgets? Anything good?

Their kitchen scissors are amazing. I bought mine years ago and still have them. They cut everything including the annoying plastic twist things that hold all the kids toys in the new boxes. I throw them in the dishwasher all the time and if they get a little stiff I rub a little olive oil on the spot where they connect and they are as good as new.

The kitchen shears
The ice cream scoop (my favorite!)
the apple slicer-- the only one I have ever bought that actually works
the parm cheese grater

I've purchased the pizza cutter as well as the little min-tart pans.

I also love the ice cream scoop - just don't put it in the dishwasher.

I also like the small glass measuring dishes with lids, the plastic measuring cups and the spoon rest.

All of their stuff is high quality, but pay attention to what you will actually use.

They have 1 and 2 quart glass measuring cups with white covers that can be used as mixing bowls which I absolutely ADORE!

I love their garlic press, chopper and my pizza stone. Those are my three favorites but they make lots of great stuff.

The paring knife is a must. I use it constantly and I think it's one of the least expensive items.

Also good are butter spreader and I don't know what it's called but it's round and you put it over a sandwich and press down and it cuts off the crusts and seals, like a pocket.

All of the scoops are wonderful for ice cream, cookies, muffins, etc. I love the garlic press & the rubber spatulas ( or scrapers or whatever they're called) as well.

definately the cheese grater - love it!

We use the chopper and our juice pitchers with the built in stirring rod the most--actually we us the stoneware scrapers the most I guess. I hate their cheese grater personally.

Favorites in no particular order: Pizza stone with handles, chopper, ice cream scoop, large bamboo spoon set, nylon tool set, any of the knives, small saute pan, mini serving spatula, any of the scrapers, stainless whisk, stoneware bar pan (either size is great) or any of the bakers.

Oh and I love the BBQ tongs and BBQ turner. Heavy duty!

And no, I have never sold it but have had several parties. :thumbsup2

I forgot about the Bamboo tongs for the toaster too. We use those all the time. I think they cost $2.

I love my folding wire rack. It's used for cooling baked goods after they come out of the oven.

The corn on the cob knobs...We couldn't live with out em. :cool1: You put them in before you boil your corn and they are cool two seconds after after you pull them out of the boiling water. We buy two packages whenever i find a pampered chef party as we are always losing one or two here and there..dd 8 throws them away sometimes by accident. They are cheap and much much sturdier than the corn holders that you find at store!

Oh, yeah, these too...OP, how much were you planning on spending??? :lmao:

My must haves are...

Classic Batter Bowl
Small Batter Bowl

My absolute thing I use all the time....

Colandar and Bowl set

Oh and I have to have the "Medium Scoop" for doing cookies. I hate to touch the batter...blah.
