Any recommendation for server requests at Palo? Several years ago I requested Zita after reading these boards and she was wonderful. Heading out on the June 4th Magic cruise.
 
Louisa was GREAT! We had her for dinner and then brunch later in the cruise. She made great recommendations and made sure that we were well taken care of...
