Is it possible to go to Palos without a reservation and sit at the bar and have a drink or coffee and dessert?

Yes, it is done but you eon't find it advertised anywhere.

On the new web page, under fun tips for Palo, it says "You can stop by the bar at Palo for a drink in the evenings."

I had not known this before.
