palo's souffle what do you cook it in?

Ok I printed out the recipe and want to make it for fathers day. I have been looking everywhere for 4oz souffle cups and can't find them. The closest I have found are by correlle or corningwear ( I can't recall which now) 4oz "ramkins" they look like little souffle dishes to me but wanted to be sure they would work. Has anyone made it yet?

I have not made the recipe, but a ramekin should work just fine. I don't think there is a difference between that and a souffle cup.

We found the 4oz cups at Bed, Bath & Beyond.

Actually ramekins ARE souffle cups. That's their proper name.

Mark, do a search on this board for the palo recipe that is where I got it, if you can't find it pm me and I will send it to you.

We couldn't find the 4 oz. cups so I used 6 oz. ramekins. If you do use larger cups, be sure to increase the cooking time by 10-15 minutes.

The smell of that vanilla sauce is absolutely heavenly! (it tastes pretty good too)
