Palomino Suites???

Has anyone stayed at Palomino Suites on Palm Parkway? It looks like it used to be Homewood Suites until this past Fall from what I can gather from the reviews on trip advisor.

Mommy to 5 - you might want to check out TripAdvisor.com. This location has good reviews there. We are staying next week at the Savona Suites which is a sister property at the same location. I am not sure of the difference but both seem to get great reviews. Accourding to everything I have investigated it is clean, roomy and close to DTD.

I hadn't heard of Savona Suites... looks nice! I found their website (www.savonasuites.com) and have bookmarked it for next year! From the links, it looks like it used to be Hawthorn Suites Lake Buena Vista which I've read good reviews on.

I think we will go with Palomino Suites for the first part of our trip this year (even if no DISers have ever stayed there! LOL) since I got in on a Manager's Special and it's a bit cheaper... the reviews on Trip Advisor do seem pretty good. We are at the Nick Hotel for our 2nd week so I'm really just looking for a good suite that's cheap and clean for our first week. I think this hotel will work just fine for our needs.
