How many nights can you dine at Palo's?

Don't know that there's an official limit but I don't think they will take initial reservations for more than one night and one brunch to give everyone a chance to book. You can always check with them later to see if they have availablility or if there have been cancellations.

Also, I would hate to go to Palo too often because then you miss the different meals in the restaurants and getting to know your servers.

CM Mom is exactly right. When you board, you can make ressie for one brunch and one dinner per cabin. People do "cheat" by travelling with another family and each stateroom makes a ressie for 4.

The idea is for everyone to have a fair chance at a reservation. If you'd like to go again, you can call on the day you'd like to go. If there are any cancellations, they will put you in then.
