Are there a lot of different times to book Palo for dinner on the 3-nt Wonder or are they the same 6:00 and 8:30?

this question deserves a bump although I'm guessing they take reservations every 15 or 30 minutes like any regular restaurant.
Additional question...our anniversary is on the last day of our cruise (7night west coaster) and we wanted to go to Palo's, but from all I have read about the "farewell party" on the last night I am afraid of missing this and having my kids miss this by being in the clubs while we try to have a late, long, lingering anniversary dinner...any advice? thanks!

Hi, I have never been on the WOnder, but have been on the Magic 3 times, and I know they have lots of different time slots, I Believe the last one is 9:30. I could be wrong about the time on that one though.

If I were you I would go to dinner for the last night, nice show, and make the latest Palo reservation possible, so that you get to enjoy both the final dinner and your Anniversary!!

We've eaten at Palo several times on the Wonder, both for brunch and dinner. You can have almost any time you want. I think in March we had reservations for 7pm; this last time they were for 8pm for dinner. Last brunch was 11:00, this one was 10:00 - it just depends on what you want and what they have available when you make reservations.

We asked our Palo server, Hristo, about how they do the seatings - each time we eat there it seems as though the restaurant is not full. He said that they can book each table only one time for each meal - they will not "turn the table" in restaurant speak. They do not want to rush the guests, and want each one to enjoy the "Palo Experience". This way the guests are able to linger, and the servers are not overwhelmed with too many guests to serve at the same time like at the main dining seatings.

Hope this helps answer your questions!

thanks for the info on Palo reservation times...it is very interesting that they don't "turn the tables," they could make more reservations available by at least turning the 6pm reservations for 9pm ones. We're on a 7nighter so hopefully getting reservations for our first choice time is no biggie.

We had the pleasure of eating at Palo's on all 4 nights of our cruise. Don't know what the earliest reservation time was, but I do know the latest was 9pm. We never once saw a table being re-used and we averaged about 3 1/2 hours there each night. The last night of the cruise was the only night that it was crowded. The first night was nearly empty.

Oh and to answer OP's question, you can make the reservation for anytime, they don't have seatings like the regular rotational restaurants do.
