There are 6 of us going, in 2 rooms, with 2 seperate reservation numbers.

Can one of us go to Palo for those ressies, and another to the spa for massage/facial ressies, or does each person have to do their own?

Where do we make the reservations? We're on the 4 day Wonder. Also, HOW do we make sure we are seated together (linked) for meals--we made the reservations together, but we have 2 seperate numbers.

Thanks!

Make your sure your TA (or if you booked with DCL directly, call them) links your reservations together for dining...it needs to be noted on your reservations now.

You certainly can split up to make reservations once onboard as long as you know what the other party wants for the spa appointments and Palo time, and you have the other party's stateroom number.

Have fun! :)

My friend and I went to Palo's and made ressies for 7 of us. The only thing is if someone doesn't show you get charged the $5 fee when its over 6 people. Also the manager has to make your reservations when its for over 6.

Thanks!

I called DCL today to check, and yes, our dinner seating is linked. I also asked about ressies for Palo and the spa, and she told me where I need to go, and who needs to be there, etc.

One person from each cabin for Palo, just one person for the spa. So we are set! Plus...we got in the Dolphin Encounter!!!!! They added spaces, so all 6 of us can go! YAY!!!!!

Packing has begun, ziplocks and all. Now if I can just relax enough to get some sleep...

WLDDCD,
What is the phone number to Disney Cruise Line? I need to ask some questions on how to handle reservations for a large group. According to your post, it seems that one person from each cabin has to make Palo reservations. However, if you have a group of 6 couples, it's pretty difficult for a representative of each cabin to be in line together at the same time. I posted this question about a week ago and someone had responded that one person can make a Palo reservation for the whole group. Now I'm wondering if we should all show up in the reservation line together. Has anyone had any experience with this?

I just know that the CM I spoke to said one person from each reservation # (in our case, each cabin) needed to be there.

The phone # is 407-566-7000

I went on the Western Inaugural 5/11/02 we (my friend and I) went and made Palo ressies for all 7 adults. We had 4 cabins total between us and just the 2 of us went. Go with one other person and if they should ask just say you are all in one cabin. We had to see Renaldo (palos mgr) to make the ressies as after 6 you need to see him. I had to give one cabin number, which I used mine and he said if we cancel we would be charged the $5 per person fee.
