Palo ressies: time and place?

Hi!!
Question for the Western experts!!
**Exactly what time and where do you make Palo ressies on the Western cruise???
**Do you make dinner, brunch amd high tea ressies in the same place?
When we did the Eastern, we went to Palo just before the posted time and didn't get in, so I want to know the "real" time to get in line.

On the 8/3 Western, we arrived at 12:45pm to make ressies as Palo's for dinner, brunch and high tea. Sign said it would open at 1pm to take reservations, but they opened shortly before that.
We were finished making reservations for all three within 15 min.

Palo's is on Deck 10 and you make the reservations directly there. If you are on the concierge deck, not sure if they make them for you.
