I can not book Palo brunch or tea online, I am only able to book dinner. I guess they must be booked. Just wondering if I will be able to get reservations when we board?

It depends on which ship you are cruising on. If it is the 3 day there is no brunch offered, if the 4 day there is only 1 day for brunch which usually fills up before the 90 day mark opens and if you are going on a 7 day you have a better chance of getting a Palo brunch resie when you board. You will need to get to the port when it opens around 10/10:30 am to board early and go straight to RNBD on the Magic to make the resie. 50% of Palo resies are held back from online booking but the other 50% does not open up to all guests on boarding day. Some are held by concierge for the first day for those guests who did not make resies online. After the first day has passed any concierge resies being held will be released back to the rest of the guests. You can get on a wait list if you do not get a time when you first go.
I wasn't able to get anything either at first, but one day I decided to check and got a reservation for BRUNCH. A couple of days later, I checked again and I got a reservation for DINNER. (I had more luck in the evening than during the day for some reason).
Each reservation was for 2 people, but when on board I had it changed to 4 people, no problem.
