I was just reading there is an option for Remy for brunch. We are not big on French food. So I don't think that Remy would be good for us in the evening. But I would like to hear what everyone thinks. We love Palo and I was going to book it 2 times if able. But now wondering if I should switch it up?

We have done Remy brunch once in 2014 on the Fantasy, its nothing like Palo's brunch.
If I remember correctly, its a set menu. It was good but I would personally never choose it over a Palo brunch.

Remy is not only french cuisine. It's two chefs (one of them is american) who made the menu. I've had the best kobe beef and pork loins at Remy. Most memorable meals by far.

I'd book all of them. Remy dinner, Palo dinner and Palo brunch.

Hey does anyone know if Palo and Remy brunches are offered on multiple days, or each one only on a certain day? I logged in to look at availability the first day I could (silver/90-day window) for my September cruise on Fantasy, but Palo brunch was already showing "no availability" :-(

I had both on the Fantasy in December, and much preferred Palo brunch. Many, many more options to choose from.

They are very different. So it's really dependent on your tastes. We did both last cruise.

Just asking because I don't know, so...... What's so great about Palo brunch?
I'd post pics of the Palo brunch food from our trip if that were easier to do. Suffice it to say that there is a wide assortment of good food to eat. I couldn't begin to list all of the appetizer and dessert items you have to choose from at the buffet. Then you also order an entree, as well. My favorites were the caviar and the assortment of desserts I sampled.

There are multiple seating times during the brunch period. And it's generally only offered on sea days.

"À la carte" (included) fantastic dishes + a lot of choices in the "buffet" (charcuteries, fine cheeses, caviar, sea food, breads, desserts...)

The two experiences are not really similar. Palo has their order items, and the more traditional buffet offerings, which Shmoo's excellent picture show. Remy is a multicourse service and everything is brought to your table. The menu is preset, but you can ask for any alterations that you need to meet your preferences and or food allergies. They are both excellent, so if you're traveling on a cruise that has multiple sea days, I would recommend trying both.

Well I booked both. I was hoping to get 2 brunch palo reservations, but it would not let me. I guess if I get cold feet I will, drop the Remy brunch and see if I can get another brunch with Palo once on board . I looked at the Supper menu for Remy I just don't see us caring for the food we are somewhat adventurous, but that might be over what we like.

You should be able to go to Pali on embarkation day and get a reservation.

What I loved about the Palo brunch is that it's a great opportunity to try something you might not otherwise try. And the waitstaff encourages you to try something! I'm slightly embarrassed to admit I think i had 6-7 desserts on my plate.

You can pre-book only 1 of each type of adult dining: 1 Palo brunch, 1 Palo dinner, 1 Remy brunch, 1 Remy dinner. Once onboard, if there's availability, you can make additional reservations.

Palo is a meal. Remy is an experience (consider adding the champagne pairings, if they still do that).

Not sure there is a wrong answer to your question, but in my opinion, I can enjoy a similar brunch at home to what is offered at Palo - I can't say the same about Remy.
