I was thinking about what night we would like to try Palo....

does the formal night get booked the most quickly? I think we may purchase the REAS package so I can book ahead of time, but on the 7 night eastern and without knowing our rotation I don't know what restaurant we will be in for formal night.

It's been my experience that on the 7-night cruises, there isn't one night (or two) that book up more quickly than others. Some like to do formal night in the main dining rooms, some will choose Palo, but I think they pretty much cancel each other out. I've never had a problem getting the night I wanted on a 7-night. If you head over to make reservations once you get on board, you shouldn't have any problems. It's not nearly as tight on the 7-night as on the 3- and 4-nighters.

People tend to dress formally for any night at Palo, so we prefer to do formal night on usual rotation: its so nice to see everyone in their best "Bib and Tucker" - and the little children in their party clothes!Nat:Pinkbounc
