We will be on the 3day Wonder at the end of July. It will be our second trip and my parent's first. We have first seating for dinner. My husband and I would like to try Palo for the first time but do not want to miss Pirate Night or Animator's Palate or Tritons. Is there anyway to do Palo AND your regular dining rotation? Can you dinner at one and desert at the other?

If you have any scheduling ideas they would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Since you are on a 3 day cruise, the only way I know of is to go for Palo is to miss one of the other restraunts. Since you won't have time for all of it on this cruise, you will just have to book another cruise. :rotfl2:

I think from what I have read Brunch is not served on the 3 day. If it is, that would be a great option.

No brunch on the 3 day.

What you can do is "double dip". If you have 6:00 seating, make a late reservation at Palo for the night you are at Animator's Palate (for example). Go to AP and eat lightly (e.g. just an appetizer), and enjoy the show. Then show up at Palo at 8:30 or whenever with your appetite intact -- this is important at Palo!

I've not done this myself but it has been recommended by others.

what you are referring to is the famous "double dip"....you can go to Palo at 930, right after show....I would actually recommend 2nd night....since it will be a later night (last night tends to be a little earlier because of packing)...also, i would recommend appetizer at the rotation restaurant, and a full dinner at Palo, including their incomparable chocolate souffle for dessert....
