Palo for dessert only?

Are you able to book a time @ Palo for desert only? I don't want to miss out on the souffle' as this will be our last cruise for a while but I don't want to substitue Palo for ther other restaurants either (we will be on a 3 day only).
I thought I read a while back where someone was able to get one to go to the cabin... but I tried this on our last cruise in 2003 and our waiter said it was not possible.... do you suppose if I slipped the Palo Hostess or or waiter a few extra bucks they could make it happen for our 10th anniversary celebration??

Just mention to your Head Waiter that you would like this as your dessert on your Anniversary evening ... we have found they can work wonders!!

We have been told of several people who have gone to the bar at Palo and gotten a drink with a souffle.

We missed going to Palo for dinner since my daughter didn't want to go to the kids club, she went for brunch and high tea but she didn't want to be left there during dinner time as she didn't like eating with the club so we cancelled the reservations...I mentioned to our waitor that I was destined to never try the chocolate souffle since this was 3 cruises and I'd not gotten there yet...the last day for dinner they gave everyone menues but us telling us we were getting something special...they got us the chocolate souffles!! People at the next table were all like "I want what they are having" but they had to tell them sorry....
