Palo Brunch- What time?

Is the brunch more of a lunch or breakfast? We're reserved at 10:30, but the 11:30 option is still available. Is there any advantage to any of the times?

Looking at the menu items, there is a combination of breakfast and lunch items, we booked for 11:30am for a couple of reasons - we're on the NYE cruise, and our Palo brunch is on January 1st, I figured we'd be up late on NYE and would want to sleep in the next day, and also because I wanted to be hungry enough to make the most of it

10:30 is the earliest time for Brunch. I like this time as everything is still at the buffets and you get a pretty presentation without being picked through yet. Now they do a great job of keeping the buffet full and looking neat. I just think it is neat entering and empty or almost empty Palos and sing the wonderful buffet

Hi Jenvin - Are you on the Magic or the Wonder? We are on the Wonder 7 night NYE cruise. We are doing our Palo's on Jan 1 as well.
