Ok I'm set on Palo now versus Remy on our 7 night Fantasy cruise. My next question is Palo brunch and dinner the same menu? I looked and I didn't see a separate brunch menu??? Trying to see which day to plan Palo for!

Another question, if brunch and dinner is different, would it be worth it to try both?!?!

Brunch is a buffet as well as some things you can order. Dinner is just off the menu. We did both of them last week and don't regret it! They were both different and amazing! Also, if you can request a server, Alex was fantastic! She made our experience perfect :)

Thank you :)

Which night did you choose to do Palo and why? I'm so confused :)

Brunch and dinner are not the same menu. So far, I have only had dinner and loved it. We are hoping to try both on our next cruise.

This is brunch:

We always try dine at Palo or Remy on either the 1st evening or Pirate night. Doing pirate night a couple of times in the MDRs was enough for us. We also like the 1st night; this way we avoid all hassle of every one trying to find their correct tables and or folks not happy with their assigned seating.
Bottom line what ever night you pick, you'll have a good dinner. :thumbsup2:thumbsup2

We have three kids that will LOVE animation dinner so I don't want to miss that. Ugh I don't know what to do :)

We did palos dinner and brunch. We loved the brunch, there was so much food. We even tried to book the brunch for the 2nd sea day but it was full. We did dinner in the third night so we didn't miss too much as we enjoy the formal and pirate nights.

What dinner seating do you have do both MDR and Palo schedule for opposite time. We had late dinner seating scheduled Palo for 6 and made it to both dinners which was good because Animators was that night. I ordered three courses at Palo and at Animators ordered a salad and took a couple of bites and watched the show.

I am main seating. I guess that means 5:45 pm? What time would the show be then for 5:45 pm seating? I think its the 8:30 show but not 100% sure. So we wouldn't be eating dinner until like 10 pm if we chose to do dinner at 5:45 with the kids in the MDR. Then going to the show at 8:30 (love shows!). And then dinner.

Pick a night that the show does not interest you or the variety act night. Or Pirate night as there is no show in the main theatre. We picked the night they were doing Villains tonight because we had seen it before and was not our favorite,

Or just do brunch.

. Hope my responses help I had a hard decision with deciding on what night as well. The first year in fact that is why we did brunch only. We did dinner last year and if we do one this year it will be brunch. Brunch is my favorite.

No it does help. Everything interests is and we don't want to miss anything lol. Or have the kids miss it. A brunch may work better!

I assume the Fantasy has the same spread? If so, I'm sold :)

I personally haven't had brunch yet but we are shooting for both on the Magic in April. My understanding it that the food is pretty much the same/similar on all 4 ships.

Deciding which night is really difficult especially if you have never experienced the MDRs.

It's the same on the Dream and Fantasy. Haven't done brunch on the classics. :(

Palo Brunch and Dinner menus are different. I can't remember the name of the website but if u search for AllEars.net (I think that's the name), you can search for palo brunch menu & find both menus. We loved both but loved brunch soooo much we did brunch twice & dinner once. Do both if u can. Enjoy! :)

I chose the night we were in Costa Maya (Tuesday) as I wanted to avoid going on formal, semi formal, and pirate nights. I also didn't want to miss the animation show at AP. So, after I booked it, I called and requested a dining rotation that had the show in AP on a different night, and got it. Requests aren't guaranteed, but I didn't have a problem.

Brunch for the grape pizza--yum!! If you're doing dinner, I vote for Pirate Night. Been there, done that don't like the menu. But the downside is that you'll be way too full to partake in the Pirate dessert buffet.
