Palo Brunch Tip

Hi,

Our family of three when to Palo for the first time last Semptember and we loved our server, so we gave him a good tip. The tip is really up to you. If you get excellent service, which I would be shocked if you did not get great service at Palo's you may want to tip more. As a starting point you might want to tip $15 to $20 per per to as a starting budget figure. Have a great time at Palo Brunch!

What is the standard amount one should tip for Palo brunch? We will be a party of two.
Yes a tip is customary there it's not included in the service fee and there is great service there. You will get a charge slip at the end to sign and you can add a tip then to debit your stateroom account.

Person to person tipping will be different it is up to you.

We tip at least $15 pp often $20/30pp. But that is us. Only what we do and it's up to how you feel.

i have to say that what has been suggested for a tip so far is way above what we leave as a brunch tip. we have not done many brunches as i'm not a fan but we have left $15/$20 for the two of us, not each. now dinner is different. we have not done many of those either (palo is not my favorite but that's just me) and then I would tip $10/$15 p.p. depending on the service.
guess i'm in the cheap seats. :rolleyes1

I typically tip the same amount as the dining fee.

This is typically what we do at Palo and Remy.
I have never had service at either that hasn't been top notch.
On the Wonder a couple years ago, the manager I think his name was Drago maybe or close to that anyway, he saw that I was chilly and he sat us at a table that closer to the pizza/bread oven to warm me up. LOL Talk about attention to little things.

We have only been on one cruise which was 2 years ago, I cannot remember what we tipped for the dinner, but on our next cruise we plan to do the brunch so this thread has been very useful! Thanks for asking op

You are not alone in the cheap seats tinkerone, I know we have not left more than $30.00 for the both of us at a Palo brunch.

We have left $20-$30 for the two of us at brunch. The service we received was good but we felt that was sufficient.

We left $25 pp, there were two of us, this was before the price increase, so our bill was $100 total (plus tax? can't remember). Anyway, $50 total per person for what I believe was the best brunch buffet I ever had, with outstanding service - still a great price to me. The prices charged where I live for a "special occasion" brunch, like Mother's Day, can easily be $60pp plus tax and tip. This was way better.

We tip $30 per person for brunch and more for dinner. It is our pleasure as the service is always wonderful. I would feel awful tipping less.

Another cheapo here. I have always left $25 total tip for both brunch and dinner. We don't order any alcohol.

I don't want to call myself a cheapo...
Part of the fee, is for tip...so its not true when people say the fee doesn't have any tip
People keep saying, i would pay XX for this experience....but if i go to a 99 cent pizza shop in NYC and its really good, would i give the guy $10 because thats how much the experience is worth to me?

In any case, not to say anyone is wrong to give more, but i give around $10-15 per person.
