We always book 12:30pm, and treat it as our lunch... in addition, we make sure that we do it the same day we do the character breakfast, as that is always a very light meal for us (compared to our normal buffet breakfast).

We booked our cruise last minute and all the spots are taken on board. Do they keep any spots open for on board booking or do they put all the spots out for pre registration? Do we have a chance for getting a brunch spot I guess is what I'm asking.

They do hold back to book on board. Keep checking though! When I booked activities for our cruise all the brunch spots were already taken, but I kept checking and one just opened up a couple days ago and I was able to snag ahead of time!

We do 11 am and treat it as Brunch. We normally only have coffee in the Morning, so we either get RS that morning for coffee and something for DS or just run up to Cove and grab coffee there and snatch a chocolate pillow for DS and get food for him at Cabanas.
