Palo Brunch Question

Hey all, we're traveling on a 4 night Disney Dream cruise in the fall and I'm interested in booking Palo for brunch. Am I right that it is offered on the "day at sea"? Are there specific times that you choose from? Or is there just the one? Thanks!

For longer cruises yes but on most (not all) short cruises, it's on Nassau day. I'm going next week on a 3 day on the Fantasy and it's only offered on Nassau day.
I had a window of time from 10-12

Palo is one of DH and my very favorite restaurants anywhere! And we actually give a slight edge to the brunch there over dinner. JMHO. It WILL book quickly so be ready to try and book at the first moment you are able. If it is all booked, keeping stalking the website as some folks will change their plans sometimes. Lastly, if all else fails, as soon as you are onboard, find out where they are booking Palo and beat a path to that location to see if you can get a spot! Good luck!

On days Palo brunch is offered (almost always on sea days, sometimes on Nassau days, and occasionally on other days with a late port arrival) there will be several seating times, just as for dinners.

I think the range of time is 10am-2pm.
