Acceptable dress is resort casual and they request no shorts, but I have seen folks in shorts there. I usually wear a casual skirt or skort.
Yes, you tip for the brunch, actually there is a $10 cover charge per person. We always tip more than that as the service warrants it.

Sometimes they will keep refilling your champagne glass for free and other times they charge you for additional glasses -- I've had both situations occur. Either way, I always tip extra.
The brunch menu changes from time to time but generally consists of cold items such as wonderful seafood (including shrimp and crab), cold salads, chesses and meats. They also have 4 hot entrees that they cook to order for you, one fish, one beef, one chicken and one pasta. There are also breakfast foods such as omelets available, pizzas, and of course a whole myriad of desserts.
It's my FAVORITE meal on the ship, hands down. Enjoy!
