At what time in the south can you make Palo reservations????

Not sure of your question, what do you mean by booking the south? I would like to help you but please clarify your question.

Booking starts at Midnight Eastern, 11 pm Central, 10 pm Mountain and 9 pm Pacific.

Thanks, that us what I meant(time zones). If your cruise is on the 15th then booking starts on the 15th at midnight or the 16th at midnight??
