PAL Mickey

Should I go for it or not??? I can't decide. We are about to take our first Disney trip with a child (3 1/2) and I just can't make up my mind on this one. I think it's pretty cool but I'm afraid it will just be a pain to lug around along with everything else. Has anyone used one before??? Please help a girl out.

My niece has one and they are small, I think that it would be cute for a 3 year old. It would be worth the money. And I think that your child would like it.

I think you sould definetley get one if the 3 1/2 year old is the only child on the trip. My DS(then 4) was a little bored all by himself but when we tried the pal mickey he had someone his size to hang out with that would somewhat interact with him so he was happier than before.

I don't know if they are still available but the outlet stores had last years model for only 13.99 and they will ship them ups. I bought two for our trip and it was under $40. They are so cute and about 13" tall so just the right size for a child. I don't know the link but do a search on the budget board for pal mickey.

me and my husband are both 28 years old. Just went to DW on our honeymoon. We got PAL MICKEY! It was the coolest thing we bought! We carried it everywhere. Comes with a belt clip. So many interesting facts it keeps spitting out when you pass a certain area, it starts talking. It was I think $60 or $70 but worth it.

we took one ($13.99 thanks disboards!) last month. my 3.5 yr old wasn't very interested in it. the 16, 14 & 10 yr olds were! (as was i, i think he's great).

i kept him clipped to my shorts and didn't find him a nuisance at all.

We have had Pal Mickey for 2 years and his has made his trip back to Disney 4 times. I also display him on my desk at work - when I leave for Disney - Mickey goes on vacation as well. WE will be back to Disney in 3 weeks. We love Pal Mickey!!

How long will they keep the Pal Mickeys? If we buy one and go again in 2 years, will they still have them in the parks?

We have dd-11, dd-10, ds-2 1/2, and ds - 2 months, will they enjoy it??
