Pal Mickey Question

I know I can buy Pal Mickey at the resorts, the parks and the World of Disney. My question is if I buy him at the WoD, would I get the 10% discount for using the Disney Visa? I'm trying to figure out if I should buy him when I get to the park on my first day or wait until I go to DTD.

Yes, we got the 10% discount in September when we purchased him in Downtown Disney.
