So...we bought Pal Mickey 3 trips ago (about a year and a half ago), I of course lost the receipt, and we started having problems with him on trip #2. Brought him to the Pal Mickey store on Main St., and a CM got him back to functioning while at the same time ripping the fur on Pal Mick's head. I wanted to say something, but DH wanted me to just let it go (my mistake). Now, we are just back from trip #3, and Mick stopped working altogether. And wouldn't you know it? The darn Pal Mickey store is gone from Main St. now. We have changed the batteries, and we DO NOT use Mickey at home, only at the parks. Does anyone have any ideas who I can contact, and do you think they will be able to do anything to help us?


She took it out of the box and just gave it to us. I could not believe it! Now we had been to the store in MGM and they wouldn't do anything and seemed not to care. When I told the CM this she was really surprised by that. She did tell us that that store on main street was moving but I forgot where. I guess it depends on who you talk to we got really lucky that day. Our other DD has a pal mickey we also got in 2005 and we have had no problems out of it, but the new one is more updated and does more. Good Luck I hope you can get this fixed.
