Pajama Jeans?- Update Page 3, I got them. I LOVE them!

I think they look great! But I would never buy myself pants without trying them on first. Pants are the hardest thing to try and fit my body type ( pear).
Maybe a store will pick them up soon.

I know, it is hard, and yet I am still considering it. I haven't had a pair of jeans on n a couple years and want to again so bad. It would be great if they were in stores. I hope they will catch on. Even if I order them and love them, $8 shipping per pair is a lot on top of the price.

I looked at the pj jeans.
Too expensive when you can get sweats to wear in the house for a fraction of the cost !

Yeah, around the house is fine but I was looking at getting them to wear outside the house. In the house, I agree with you. I don't care what I look like. :lmao:

Well, I just got an email receipt from my DH. He went ahead and ordered them. He said he knew I'd go back and forth on it for months so he just did it. I am a little nervous about it, and hope they fit well. But I am soooo looking forward to jeans again! I will let you all know.

I look forward to hearing what you think when you get them!!

Coldwater Creek has knit jeans that appear to be the same thing. When they are on sale you can get them for way less than the regular retail. Sign up for an online account and you will get tons of emails for when they have sales like the 70% off sitewide.

Interesting, never heard of them before. I look forward to your review.

:rotfl2: Sounds like something my husband would do! He'd much rather just go ahead and get it than listen to me weigh all the options longterm! :thumbsup2

I wish I could. I used to live in jeans. I have endometrosis in my c-section scar tissue. I have had a few surgeries to clear it up but it only last so long. I am not to the point of needing another surgery yet, but can't handle wearing jeans anymore. The stiff fabric when I sit and it folds into me is right where the pain is. Somedays it is not as bad, though it is never comfortable. Somedays the pain is extreme. I have found that it is just easier to wear yoga pants.

Yeah, pretty much. I have to be careful what I say around him. I posted this same question on Facebook last night to see if any of my friends had tried them, none had, but it was all he needed to see to go ahead and order them apparently last night according to the order. He's a good man and I love him, but I do have to remind myself to be careful what I mention around him. :rotfl:

Well, they took their time getting here (I guess they had been sold out.) But they are amazingly comfy and do look just like jeans. Nice stitching. I am very pleased. I was not sure what size to order, measurement wise I was in the middle. I probably would have ordered down but DH ordered up. I am ordering another pair one size down and took these in a bit. They are so comfy and when I tried them on my DD8 said "mommy, you are wearing jeans?" It may seem silly but it was a huge confidence booster for me and I am really in love with these jeans. I wish they came in capris, I hope our "mysterious friend" will see that and take it back to the powers that be and make that happen.

So, :thumbsup2:thumbsup2 and while it kills me to pay so much, they seem to be worth the money. :woohoo:

Thanks for following up and letting us know, now I am tempted to try it out!

MickeyMomofThree - Not sure where you live in Rochester, but there is a Chico's by me on Monroe Avenue in Pittsford - across from Pittsford Plaza - in a little plaza itself. I think there is a AAA there as well. You might want to call them and see if they have the capris in the store before ordering them online ;)

Hmmm, I have never noticed it, good to know. I am over there from time to time (we are by the airport) and have never noticed. Thanks!

I looked these up and rachel ray had them on her show at the time they were priced at 39.99 seems like a big price jump to 59.95. I'm glad they worked out for you for me I love jeans I love how they feel I love how they look and I love sweats but I don't think they would be something I love together.

Wish I could find something like this in kids sizes! my girls refuse to wear jeans..... found some "denim" skirts in similar material at Justice, but not any "jeans". Has anyone ever seen them in kids' sizes???

Target had some capris in girls sizes like these

I got some jeans like these for my daughter at H&M they were very reasonably priced too!

I broke down and ordered last Sunday. Depending on how they look, I might order for my Mother and Grandmother. They travel a great deal, and would be comfy for air travel.
popcorn:: Where is the mystery man with the discount? Heck, I would settle for free shipping!
