As of right now we are not sure how long our trip is going to be in June. We have 7 nights booked but that may change. My list of must dos--CRT, Coral Reef, Chef Mickeys, Ohana. Obviously we are doing CRT on our MK day and CR on our Epcot day. I am thinking about Ohana on our AK day and Chef Mickeys on our MGM day. Would it make more sense to switch them around? Also, which other TS would you add, just in case we end up staying all 7 nights?

I don't think it really makes any difference--both restaurants are near the MK, so you'll have to travel from AK and MGM either way. Personally, I'd try to break up the character dining experiences (ie, wouldn't do CRT on Tuesday and CM's on Wednesday but rather CRT on Tuesday and CM's on Friday, just as an example).

As for an extra TS, you already have 3 MK area restaurants, so I'd add something from either DTD area or Epcot WC (if you'll be at Epcot another day or have parkhopper tickets). Unless you're staying in the MK area and don't mind spending most of your dinners over there--then I'd probably add WCC for the kids.
