This is a really stupid question from some one who is married to a guy who builds paint systems for all types of industry. I'll give hime a break. he does stainless and heavy metal parts.
My craft book says to clean galvinized with rubbing alcohol. My DH says vinegar. But then, what type of paint? to coat it with ? Prime it? I don't want it to flake off. I want just a simple garbage I can to throw scraps in so I can take it out just after dinner that kind of matches the kitchen.
Animals, you know who go thru the garbage. Then you wake up to a mess! And I do love my 2 kitties and dog but they connot resist going thru the trash while I sleep.
I was thinking a simple paint job, but no!!!!!
Thanks if you can answer!:worship:
