Painting cork

has anyone painted the cork part of a bulletin board?

You should probably try sealing it with a solution of PVA glue first so the paint will stick rather than just soaking straight into the cork.

spray paint works in two coats. Craft paint takes 3 or 4 to look crisp. I do this ALOT to get a cute style.
