no it has not finished yet
we were there 15th May and they are still painting

There was a thread on the US forums a few months back that mentioned the BWV refurbishment was due to finish by September 2003, and that they were a little ahead of schedule.

Fingers crossed that it's done for your visit, plus our trip at the start of October, and Kaylee's stay a little after that
