Paid in full ressie ?

Has anyone ever applied a newly available discount to a paid in full resort reservation? If so, did they just send you the difference or didi you have to cancel, get refund and start over again?

I just did this actually. You don't have to cancel-they can add it to an existing reservation. I'm not sure about how they refund (I upgraded resorts because the difference was going to be small and we weren't getting a discount for AoA). I imagine they would refund it to your card within a few days though.
