Agreed. Automatic gratuities are set at $14.50 pp/pn (for reference DCL is $13.50 pp/pn) so for 4 people on what I presume is a 7 night you'd normally pay $406 in Junior Suites and below.

Granted, $400 is a drop in the bucket compared to what we pay for a cruise, but if you told me that someone else would pay that for me? Yes and please.

That depends on the price you paid for the cruise. How does that price compare to what you might find elsewhere?
