What am I doing wrong? Why won't my hammer guy chase the princess?

The first part, ToV, before the clipart part, needs to look like this....

The last part, after the lip, needs to look like this

&#60/marquee>

And use html <> not UBB []

Lastly, this type of post is best asked on the regular tech part of the board, not the test pasrt, easy to get 'lost' here and not replied to. Just an FYI.
