Page keeps reloading

i keep getting "There is a problem with this page and it is being reloaded". Not sure if it's related but my IPhone battery is not holding a charge. I started getting the messages about a week ago. Battery started giving problems yesterday. I have the IPhone 6plus. Any ideas how to fix this?

I've had similar problems -the webpages aren't stable at all. At least not on my iPad.
