Paddlefish?

Has anyone heard an estimated opening date for Paddlefish? We LOVED Fulton's and really want to try out Paddlefish for our January trip but I'm worried that it won't be open in time. Their website used to say "Fall 2016" now it just says "coming soon"...

They were still working on the building last week. I don't know how long they will be, but the sign in front said Fall 2016, but I think it may be later. We visited Disney Springs on the 27th of October. Here is a picture of the progress :

No opening date.
No Menu.

Effectively? Does not exist. It exists when we can see BOTH . Right now? Dead.

Oh - note.... WE loved Fulton's as well, and would return in a heartbeat. This is not Fulton's .

The Facebook post says they are doing job fairs next week and the following week so it is possible they might be open in January .
