Paddlefish - complimentary bread with dinner or charge?

I watched a Youtube video where the person said there was not complimentary bread at Paddlefish with dinner. They said they charged for it, but they did not say the price. Is there complimentary bread with dinner? If not, how much do they charge for it? I don't see it listed on the menu online. Thanks!
